Ida is Ivy's twin sister that was miss diliverd by a stork. We first see her in "The Color of Her Pantys". She is found by Mela and Oaka Orgress crystallized. She has the power if Idea so it wasn't untill someoen said maby she's a twin did she in fact become Ivy's twin. Hope that helps.:)
